Sue Paskert

Sue came to South Tampa in 1945. She graduated from Plant High School and received a degree in education from The University of Tampa. Sue taught grades 2 through 10 at public and private schools in the area. She and her husband George raised their family in South Tampa. They now enjoy all their children and grandchildren living close by!

In 1988, Sue and George purchased their first family retreat on Little Gasparilla Island at Hideaway Bay Beach Club. It's been an island love affair ever since. They later sold the condo and bought a beautiful single family home on the south end of the island. Sue feels there's nothing better than a family get-away place. Their transportation to and from the island is by boat and you might see them going back and forth in the "Island Granny" or "My Time II"!

On October 9, 1996, Sue was stunned by the news that she had leukemia. She was forced to leave her Real Estate business and work solely on getting healthy. After 7 1/2 years of fighting, she won the fight against cancer. Sue is healthier and happier than ever and back to working in the business that she loves: Real Estate!

Sue's Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how Sue works. In Sue's experience as a South Tampa and Little Gasparilla Island Real Estate Professional, she's also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to clients' needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been Sue's approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. Sue has found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she's always done, only much more efficiently. Technology has helped her to extend the range of services she provides to clients. While embracing new technology to benefit clients, Sue won't change her "client first" philosophy.
